Paintless Dent Repair
We work door dings, hail damage and shallow creases out from behind the panel, so your factory paint is never disturbed. Most repairs are finished the same day.
Scratch Repair & Paint
We mix to your vehicle's own paint code, spray in a controlled booth, and blend the colour into the surrounding panels so the repair becomes impossible to find.
Private Repairs
Not every repair belongs in a claim. If the damage sits near or below your deductible, we will quote it both ways so you can see which route actually costs less before you commit.
ICBC Claim Handling
We document the damage, deal directly with your adjuster and keep the claim moving. You approve the work, and we handle the paperwork sitting behind it.
Courtesy Vehicles & Towing
We can arrange a replacement vehicle while yours is with us, and recover it by tow truck if it is not safe to drive. Just ask when you book.
Why Omega
A repair that looks right is not the same as a repair that is right.
The parts of your vehicle that protect you in a collision are the parts you never see: the rails and mounts under the bodywork, the crumple zones designed to fold in a particular order, and the sensors that aim your automatic braking. When those are repaired poorly, the car still looks perfect in the driveway. You would have no way of knowing until the day it mattered.
That is the reason we document everything. We photograph the damage as we uncover it, measure the structure against the figures the manufacturer publishes, and show you both before we quote. Your estimate separates parts, labour and paint into plain language, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and why.

We measure the structure
Before and after the repair, we check your vehicle's structural dimensions against the figures its manufacturer publishes, and we show you the results. A frame that looks straight is not the same as a frame that measures straight.

You see everything we see
We photograph the vehicle before, during and after the work, including everything hidden behind the panels. If we replaced a component rather than repairing it, you will be able to see exactly why.

Your estimate is written to be understood
Parts, labour and paint are listed separately and described in plain language. There should be nothing on it that you need to phone us to make sense of.

We recalibrate the safety systems
Many repairs disturb the cameras and radar sensors behind your bumpers and windshield, and those have to be re-aimed afterwards. When that step is skipped, the vehicle looks finished while its safety systems quietly point in the wrong direction.

The invoice holds no surprises
If we find hidden damage that changes the scope of the work, we call you with a photograph before we go any further. You will never be handed a number at the end that you were not expecting.

The warranty comes in writing
Our lifetime workmanship warranty covers our labour for as long as you own the vehicle, and we hand it to you with your keys. You should never have to ask a shop for one.

Claim Handling
If you're going through ICBC or a private insurer, we document everything and work directly with your adjuster so you're not chasing paperwork.
Repair
We repair your vehicle to the manufacturer's specification and refinish it in a controlled booth. If anything changes once the panels come off, we will tell you.
Handover
We carry out a final quality check, wash the vehicle, and hand you the written lifetime workmanship warranty along with your keys.

Omega Autobody is an accredited member of the ICBC Repair Network. That means we prepare your estimate here at the shop, so there is no separate trip to a claim centre, and we deal with your adjuster directly from that point on. Report the incident to ICBC, bring us the claim number, and the paperwork becomes our job rather than yours.
